The collection of Option Fees, Sports Fees, and Field Trip Fees makes it possible for us to continue to provide programs that enhance student experiences at our school.
Option Fees - Due When Posted
It is very important that payment is received when the fees are posted as these fees are used to supply materials, transportation, or an activity for option courses.
If you receive a GST Credit Notice, then you should apply for a waiver to cover Option Fees only. This waiver is called form #AF5105-A and it can be found by clicking the following link: Option Course Waiver Form
Sports Fees - Due When Posted
The fees collected are used to pay for referees, venues, and other costs associated with the sport that your child chooses to play. You will have received advance notice of the cost from our Phys Ed Director.
Field Trips - Due 2 Days Prior to the Trip
Field trip fees are calculated by adding the cost of the program and the bus and dividing that by the number of students enrolled in the program/grade. These fees are due two days prior to the trip as we are invoiced immediately for the program. The permission form is online as well and once you give your permission, SchoolCash will take you to the payment screen to complete the process.
